Our offer
Can an ordinary meeting become legendary?
Here at the Wonderlarp Foundation, we fully believe so.
For many years, we have been creating immersive events that blur the line between reality and fiction. From dark secrets within the walls of gothic castles to futuristic intrigues in scenographically-enhanced conference centers – your adventure begins here.
At the Wonderlarp Foundation, we are architects of experiences. We design unforgettable adventures– from the concept through scripting, event organization, and execution – so that participants forget about everyday life and become completely immersed in the experience.
Scenarios tailored to your needs
Every audience is different, therefore we don’t use pre-made templates. Each story w design is tailored to our Partner’s wishes – whether it’s a team-building exercise, a product launch, or an exclusive meeting for business partners.
We organize events where history meets modernity:
-
Historic buildings: Manor houses, palaces, castles.
-
Business spaces: Conference centers and offices.
-
Partner locations: A selection of vetted locations throughout Poland.
Comprehensive set design and game mastering
In response to the specific needs of our partners, we create the visual framework for their stories: from building movie-like sets to the smallest details, such as props, costumes, and technological gadgets. Our events engage all the senses: from meticulously planned visuals to sound design, themed refreshments, and even specially chosen scents that capture the atmosphere of the setting.
Our team consists of experienced immersive experience designers and game masters who ensure both the dynamic gameplay and a top-notch participant experience. They not only animate events in an engaging way, but are also skilled at leading workshops and presentations, explaining the game’s purpose and flow to participants, as well as answering any questions they may have – before and during the event.
Our team members are excellent actors and improvisers who adapt their style to the audience, making immersion easy for both experienced role-players and newcomers.
Since many of our events are international, all team members speak fluent English.
What will we prepare for you?
Based on your vision, we will prepare:
Script for the event: We will propose a setting and a narrative outline that aligns with your vision, and then design the event for your chosen duration, number of participants, level of immersion, and more.
Scenography: It’s up to you whether we create a 360-degree illusion, for instance transforming the conference room into a 1920s casino, or limit ourselves to minimalist props, background music, and a cozy meal. Tell us your idea, and we’ll present you with a plan of action!
Game Masters / Actors: The people who will play the supporting roles at your event are talented roleplayers with years of experience in their field. These actors are tasked with drawing participants into the game, creating an immersive backdrop for the players’ actions, and above all, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and engages with the story at their own pace.
Logistics and venue booking: Tell us what you expect from your experience, and we will find the perfect location. It could be a conference room, a community center, or a palace with a ballroom rented specifically for your group. We’ll handle the reservations, contact the venue, and prepare it for your arrival.
Catering: We’ll discuss the menu with you and order the catering you need.
Travel arrangements: If your group needs transportation to the event, we’ll book a coach and make sure it takes you to the venue and back home.
Special requests: Perhaps there is something we haven’t thought of that you’d like to incorporate into your event? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your vision.
